- 1 package Alessi Risotto alla Milanese mix
- 1/2 lb Shrimp peeled, deveined, and tails removed
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan
Prepare risotto mix according to package instructions.
When rice is beginning to soften, add butter, shrimp, and water. Stir well.
Once shrimp is cooked, remove from heat, and transfer to serving bowl.
Garnish with shredded parmesan and serve hot.
