Preheat oven to 350* F.

Remove tops and core of green peppers. Remove stem, dice the tops and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil.

Add salsiccia, ground beef, and diced green peppers. After salsiccia and beef are cooked through, add tomatoes and garlic. Once the tomatoes have been reduced, remove from heat.

Add breadcrumbs and fontina. Mix thoroughly. spoon mixture evently into the ppepers and top with parmesan and parsley.

Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
